Disklavier

Hi,
I am having a problem when I use my disklavier for recording my daughter's
performance for playback. When I playback the recorded piece, it plays
back with the extend pedal engaged for the whle piece even though the
pedal was not used during the performance. Is there an easy solution for
this problem. Previous recordings were fine. I tried several times
yesterday to record and eveytime the playback was the same "enhanced"
sound.
Another question. I purchased my Diskalvier used and never got a remote
control for the playback unit. Is this remote available for sale from
YAMAHA or does anyone on the list have a spare one they aren't using whoch
they could sell me?
