Disklavier

Hello group,
I need help setting up my pc to control a dk markIIXG. I have followed the instruction in the piano manual, which are vague at best, with no positive results.

I have a pc clone with an asus atx motherboard and on board ess sound card. I use Anvil studio software to edit midi files and also have a demo copy of cakewalk.

Any help with configuration would be greatly appreciated.  I know from watching this board that there are some very knowledgeable folks here.
