Disklavier

I am having troubles with my Gran Touch DGT211XG with a DKC500R control  
unit.  It was playing perfectly well with a with a floppy disk when the  keys 
stopped going up and down. Now every disk plays without the keys  moving.  I have 
checked and the keys are turned on.  Also when I turn  the piano on the second 
F key from the top goes down once and then comes  up.  Then the memory disk 
reads unformatted disk or sensor  unconnected.  Then if I put a disk in and 
then take it out the memory disk  works. I recorded a song and it played back but 
the keys do not move.   Also sometimes it will play only my Yamaha disks or 
DD disks but not any I have  downloaded from the internet unless they are DD.  
I have run the 1.44  update several times but it didn't help.  I have also run 
the reset for the  Gran Touch but it doesn't help.  Any suggestions?
