Re: [disklavier] MIDI Sequencer Software Questions

2005-12-23 by Theta Sigma

I Use Sonar from Cakewalk. While I use a Pianodisc with my B\ufffdsendorfer,
the theory is the same for any automated instrument. With the sequencer
I can make wholesale changes (skew the pedal data for my sluggish pedal,
adjust the volume, shorten fast notes that won't repeat reliably, print
sheet music (not it's forte), etc.). I also use Sonar to adjust
Disklavier files' pedal data to make it suitable for play on the
Pianodisc as its forte pedal is binary: on or off only.
