You'll need to plug your stereo into the back of your computer's sound card's - the "input" jack (may have to get a stereo plug adapter depending on what your stereo offers for plugs/jacks). Windows offers a simple built-in "Sound-Recorder" in the Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment menu. Then you'll need a program to arrange and edit the vinyls. Roxio, SoundForge, etc., would all fit the bill.
