Disklavier

I have just installed PowerTracks v.11 on to my laptop. I've gotten
the paino and pc to see and talk to one another. But when I use the
software, the disklavier goes into the mode of ready to record, with
the red light blinking waiting for me to push start. When this
happens, I cannot press a key in PowerTracks and have the piano
respond by playing the same key. I have to press stop on the
Disklavier and then the software and piano are talking to each other
again. I was wondering why this is happening and if there is something
I can do about it. Thanks
