Hi,
Try switching the power off completely (while the piano is in stand-by mode) and waiting a minute before switching back on. If it still won't boot after a couple of attempts, it may be worth trying to load the software update.
If this still doesn't work, it would be best to call in a technician (I'd suspect a power supply problem or a crashed hard drive)
