Re: MX100 II Main LCD Display Problem and Solution

2007-02-15 by yadidisklavier

I'm doing the laptop thing....I have been working at it for some time
now, editing and categorizing whatever midis I can get my hands on.
I use Sonar (had it already from a recording setup) and the Van Basco
software, which is great for setting up playlists...especially when
there is Karaoke involved....the kids love that. The player still
works with 3.5 disks as well, so I'm not at a loss.

Now I'm getting intrigued by having some of the midi files, that have
drum tracks, etc., play out of the sound card while the DK plays the
piano. However; I need to research some of the posts here to figure
out the best way to deal with the latency issue...drums not syncing
up with the music. I think I've read about the Karaoke not syncing,
and I know that Van Basco can deal with it. I just need to figure
out how to do it with the GM sounds from the sound card.

your display issues are worked out.
