Since you only have a Mark II, you can only play MIDI files from 
floppy disks. MIDI is purely digital control data, vocals would need 
to be audio data, just like you get on a normal CD, which the Mark II 
disklavier can't handle.

One option would be to add a DCD1 to your piano, which would allow 
you to play PianoSoft plus Audio (PS+A) Cds.These contain an analogue 
form of MIDI one one of the stereo tracks and audio, inc vocals on

 for details ). This is no longer a current model as far as Yamaha in 
the some countries are concerned, but you may be able to source one 
from a Disklavier dealer or your dealer might be able to get one from 
Yamaha on special order.

One thing to bear in mind, is that you cannot (and should never 
attempt to) play these PS+A CDs on your HiFi or computer. You'd risk 
damaging your speakers, at the very least.
