If you press "FUNCTION", then use the cursor to go to "DISK", press "ENTER" and the first disk function should be "FORMAT". You should be able to just put in a new disk and press "ENTER".

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
