[disklavier] Re: My website

1999-12-06 by Todd Muncy

Welcome aboard Howard and thanks for joining. For those in the group who
haven't figured it out, Howard is the owner of the rangenet.com site that I
pulled that huge popular music piano disk from. Since Howard kindly
announced himself, I'm not betraying his anonymity by talking about him now.
Here's what you need to do Howard:

Go to our group home page: www.egroups.com/group/disklavier
The first time you have to go through a new member registration and password
setup. After that, your cookies will get you right in.
There is a dark blue menu bar across the top of the web page. Just pick
Vault and your in. Some of your stuff is already there.
ALL the e-mail traffic since inception (11/28/99) is there too under
Messages. Some of the files are in Yamaha's proprietary E-SEQ format, but
the majority is Midi. The stuff I got from your web site is in Yamaha
format courtesy of my conversion software. If you have a problem with that
format, send me a private e-mail and I'll work out getting you a Midi 0 or
Midi 1 version.
Thanks in advance for all the great uploads I'm sure you'll be able to
contribute.
