Disklavier

Has anyone had problems using Root A Ripper with Windows XP Pro.
 
I have been using Root A Ripper for some time and it has always worked fine  
on my Desk top.
I recently bought a Dell Laptop to use on my Yamaha Piano with Mark  III.
For some reason Root a Ripper does not work on the Laptop. I get an Error  
message (can't read disk information) The only difference I see is that the  
Laptop has Win XP PRO and the Desktop has Win XP Home. Do you think this is the  
problem or could it be a hardware issue. I have an identical laptop at work 
and  it does the same.
