Re: [disklavier] subscribing to dug

2007-08-22 by George F. Litterst

Good morning, everyone.

Wanda, although DUG is not a competitor to this fine list, continuing a conversation about DUG on this list may be viewed as impolite.

Please contact me directly at:

pianobench@...m

I will help you get subscribed to DUG.

DUG is sponsored by Yamaha and is an active list.

Regards,
PianoBench

Is anyone on this list actually on that list?
When I tried this way, I got back a letter full of long long code and symbols interspersed with text that appears to say my request has been forwarded...here is part of the text - it is mostly gobbeldly gook...
<< subscribe dug _wandamusic@aol.com_ (mailto:wandamusic@aol.com)

has been forwarded to the owner of the "dug" list for approval.
This could be for any of several reasons:

You might have asked to subscribe to a "closed" list, where all new
additions must be approved by the list owner.

You might have asked to subscribe or unsubscribe an address other than
the one that appears in the headers of your mail message.

When the list owner approves your request, you will be notified.

If you have any questions about the policy of the list owner, please
contact dug-approval@cloud9.net.>>
Can anyone tell me if this looks like I will be subscribed? This is the 3rd time I have tried to get on this list with no success...is it possible that they do not let everyone on?
Thanks for all the help!
Blessings,
Wanda
