Disklavier

Just wondering if anyone has a way to keep a hardcopy of the files on their hard drive Mark IV 
Disklavier?

Since there is no search routine for a particular song, it is rather cumbersome for my DH to 
find a particular song, since he is not familiar with the albums that I set up.  I have hundreds 
of albums in my user library that contain midis that I have organized and downloaded from 
the internet.  He has a hard time finding a song when he doesn't know which album that it is 
stored in.

Do you keep a catalog in some type of database or spreadsheet?

Would be nice to have that search feature implemented on the Mark IV.
