I had this problem many years ago (before the Disklavier) when I was a graduate student in piano in Boston. I put my upright Yamaha piano on a couple of thick rugs and I put thick wool blankets between the back of the piano and the wall. I also used the mute feature of the instrumet which dropped a felt betwen the hammers and the strings. That feature is probably part of your MX100 Mark II. Regards, PianoBench
