RE: [disklavier] Adding a Subwoofer to a Disklavier

2008-02-21 by dirk veldhorst

I have a setup with an AMPHONY 1000 wireless audio connection to my HiFi with MJ Acoustics subwoofer. This gives satisfactory results: little interference with a kitchen microwave and the wireless router but overall good sound quality. It saves space not to have a second speakerset + woofer next to the piano. Good for esthetics too IMHO. Have fun, Dirk.

I have recently added a Klipsch KSW 10 to my DC3A Mark3 and am very
pleased with the improvement in sound quality. I would like to hear
from others who have added subwoofers and what results they achieved
and what subwoofers they used. For me a very low cost improvement to a
fantastic instrument. Les Jones
