I copy the downloaded performance from e-competition to a usb drive. You can plug the usb drive into the bottom of the media center area of the piano. Your remote control should have a choice for playing usb filed songs. Is there a trick I'm missing to get the M4 to recognize my zip drives? I have copied songs from the competition site but the piano does not read any music. Does anyone's piano require a reboot or shutdown every two months or so? Today I initially could not get a connection. I rebooted and then it played - but did not play the recorded sound from a 'Smart' peice of music. I then shutdown the piano, unplugged it, plugged it back in 30 minutes later, and it is playing ok. How long will you leave your piano before taking it to shutdown mode? If you are not going to play it for 3 days, should you go to shutdown instead of standby? Thanks as always. I know that this machine is 1/2 computer but it is so powerful that I really like for it to work perfectly. I haven't named the piano yet but that is coming. Thanks again.
