Re: [disklavier] Scuffed HIgh Gloss Finish on a C3

2008-06-22 by Carol Beigel

Super Hi Gloss finishes are polyester and can be buffed out with a clean
(new) buffer cloth like you use to polish a car. You probably use a little
Turtle Wax or car polish, and your electric buffer. However, if you are
concerned, call a furniture refinisher that specializes in piano finishes.
Your piano dealer probably knows someone.

My experience with these things is that no one notices superficial scuffs
after about a week!
