disklavier/apple laptop interface with ux 16 cable-no output

Mark 2 disklavier. New UX 16 cable and latest drivers- connections as recommended ( out to 
in,etc) . Using an Apple laptop ( MacBook Pro). Playing midi thru Garageband- cannot get any 
keyboard playing. Very frustrating. Have tried trouble shooting, but same result. Am I 
missing something? Do I need to program the disklavier to accept this input in some way? 
Any help would be appreciated.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
