I was successful in setting up the 'Virtual PRC' (which looks like the handheld PDA that comes with the Mark IV on your computer screen) for all my Macs in my house. I first had to reboot my Mac to recognize the DKV#### under the finder window and connect. I connected and followed the instructions for running the Virtual PRC on my Mac. It worked without a hitch on my husband' Mac, but did not work on my Mac. He was using Safari browser to download the file, while I was using the latest Firefox browser. The latest firefox browser did not download successfully. I finally was able to use Safari to download a file called "prcstart.php.jnlp". Now when I click on that file it loads the 'Virtual PRC' onto my Mac. All works well from all the Macs. Because I use Firefox as my default browser, I have to access the file directly from my desktop to get 'Virtual PRC' to run on my Mac. Hope this doesn't sound to confusing, it is just something that I thought I would share as a solution, in case someone using Firefox and a Mac wasn't able to access the 'Virtual PRC'. Now, the wars begin again, as we both have access to the piano from two different levels and rooms of the house and we will certainly be fighting over control of what songs we play. Good Job Yamaha! Love the new software so far and deeply appreciate all the efforts to keep our Mark IV fun and easy to use from every corner of our home! Joan
