Exactly, what model of Disklavier do you have?  Are you mixing MIDI 0 and 
MIDI 1 files on the same disk?  Are you using disks formatted for SMF or 
ESEQ? Have you read in the Advanced Owner's Manual the instructions for 
"importing files"?
