Phil, if you are interested in turning the pages with foot pedals, check out my software program, Home Concert Xtreme: http://www.timewarptech.com/Pages/Products/HCX/HCX.html Home Concert Xtreme turns properly formatted MIDI files into viewable music on a computer screen. If you use the program in Learn mode, it will set a tempo for you and turn your pages automatically. If you fail to keep up, it will pause and wait for you. In Jam mode, you still enjoy automatic page-turning, but you have to keep up with the playback of the accompaniment tracks. In Perform mode, Home Concert Xtreme will actually follow your playing.
