Digital Audio Synchronized Recording on Mark IV

2008-11-25 by Mario Ajero

I know that you can do CD Synchronized recording by selecting "SPS REC".

I have a bunch of digital audio files (WAV format) that I just copied from my computer to the
Mark IV hard drive, and would like to add a synchronized piano part. However, the SPS REC
option is not available at least from what I can tell.

Am I missing something? I would prefer not having to burn the audio files on a CD-R to do
the synchronized recording. An SPS REC function with WAV files already on the Disklavier
hard drive seems like a good idea to me, but maybe I'm the only one who wants to do this?

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
Mario
