Thanks for this very clear answer.  About the second solution, I tried to copy Yamaha disks to my hard disk but they are protected so I can't access the files on the diskette.  Any solution ?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
