You are right. I checked and am having the same problem. I am working on the issue and will let you know when DUG is up and running.

Sorry to bother you with this but I can not longer reach/write to 
the  DUG  Mailing list, I receive permanent errors Are there problems 
with it ?
Has it been discontinued ?
If now, could you remind me how to resubscribe to it as I would like to change 
my e-mail address for posting to it please ?
