Hey Guys,

So pretty much 6 months exactly since my previous email, version 4 only adds the iphone support. The update itself was only 24ish meg so I suppose we can't expect much more than a 'patch'.

I wonder why yamaha called it 'version 4' when really it's 3.1 or 3.5...not really enough to say a whole new version.

This whole 'secret' 'special people' crap annoys me, with the apparant hidden section that allows internet midi to be trialled.. it really should be available for all, a simple message warning it's only in testing phases would be enough.

So we are STILL stuck with these basic problems;

No support for 'fresh system install'
Featureless & clumsy recording
The whole graphics support for songs is fixed only to a few crappy demos - thanks for coming
XG Voices (they are there, why can't 'normal' people access them)
Basic Multi-tasking - while playing a song, surley we can rename something?
So you force people to use the internet to update the piano software, but all the 'internet' really does it push the radio service, which I subscribe to, but constantly hate every second song lol (Where is the Pianosoft with Audio streaming, while I have a slow internet connection currently, I normally have 8meg ADSL which is more than enough to handle Audio)
Stll sloppy slow seek between songs
Lack of space in the To/From PC directory
Limit for 10,000 songs (don't laugh, this limit is superfishial and there ARE users who have this many and more files)

Don't get me wrong, I love Yamaha Pianos and the Mark4, that's why I want to push for a few easy to implement features :)

Oh well.
