RE: [disklavier] Yamaha C1 Music Computer

2001-05-21 by vincentdeleur

We have at our office also such an old music computer, but we don\ufffdt use it
anymore. I suggest you should do the same, it is to old.Better use a laptop
with cakewalk and CBX driver for a to host driver. It is much quicker and
more modern.

I was just given a Yamaha C1 music computer (circa 1988). It has a built-in
MIDI interface, an 80286 processor, and two floppy drives (but no hard
drive).
The only accessory I have is the power cord. I'd appreciate hearing from
anyone
who might have a DOS boot diskette specifically for this machine or any
other
application software that was meant to run on it OR from anyone who is
starting
a computer museum.
