I see that a no subject message
containing a link to a Viagra site slipped through last night. It came
from a solid contributing member who has made quality posts in the past. I
suspect he has become infected with a spam mailer, so I have imposed message
moderation on him until he fixes the problem.
I'm sure I don't catch all of these
problems, but they are easily fixed. If you see spam on the board, just
drop a personal note to me at disklavier-owner@yahoogroups.com.
We solved most spam issues by automatically
moderating all new members until they prove genuine. If you are relatively
new to the group (< 2 years) and notice your postings are delayed by hours,
drop me a note and I will remove the moderation from your account.
