You have a problem with either the pedal or the key solenoids. One or more solenoids are either being over-driven and/or are overheating, which causes the solenoid power supply to shut down. You'll need to get a technician to have a look at the piano.
If any work has been done to the piano or parts have been changed, it may be worth running through the calibration procedure first (check with Yamaha for instructions)
