Hi SJ,

I believe we have had this issue reported before. Let me get passed our upcoming NAMM show and do some tests here. I will then get our engineers involved in order that we can resolve this for you.

Bill,
I have the DKC-850 maint manual.  However, when I run the setup, it results in very poor (WAY too quiet, unbalanced operations) of a the piano.  Totally messed up.  I have to hook my old controller back up to get things working again.  Did they actually test it with older models?  I have a DC3A (with all the latest piano firmware installed also).  Thanks.  SJ
