You should be able to use any Yamaha "XG" soundest for the profile.

Thanks for the PDF! I now realize that I don't have the 2nd AO manual, it's missing. That pdf confirmed what patches were being called by my program. It's still not clear, however, what "profile" I should use for the DKV. 

Digital Performer has an extensive listing of Yamaha products and the patches for each unit. Do you know offhand what synth the DKV is based on? The Mark III, for example, worked well with the PSR variety.
