Disklavier

I recorded a piece of music my child played on our piano onto a CD. It plays the CD copy of the song back on the piano but when I try to play it on a CD player or load it to my computer, the song can not be found. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. I am trying to submit the CD of her song to a competition.
