I have a similar problem in that all notes, even at -10, as way too loud.

Can you re-post how to do the calibration/maintenance mode for a Mark III?  I am having difficulty finding it in the archive.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
