Try the usual things - check the DKV cable to the controller box. Check the batteries and settings on the Remote controller. Have you selected a Source on which there is music? Is the Silent feature OFF? Is the volume on the headphone jack turned up and headphones unplugged? Unplug the unit from the wall for a few minutes, then plug it back in. Yes, there are fuses but check everything else first.
