On-Demand and the DKC-850

The On Demand page of yamahamusicsoft.com has a notice that the disklavier live function is not yet supported for the 850 control unit, but they are working on it. The new service looks pretty good, but sad for all of us who must wait. Has anyone tried updating the 850 software to ver 3.5? (yes it's for the E3, but I've found in the past that these units share most of the same firmware and components). Seems that it should be possible as the test videos on the Yamahamusicsoft site for on demand have one channel dedicated for disklavier messaging and the other for audio (just like smart pianosoft recordings). I've had no luck yet, but it's fun to test it out and maybe I just don't have the right combo of settings. More here: http://www.yamaha.com/usa/disklaviertv/setup.html
