Disklavier

I have a Disklaiver Mark III in a C2 grand. I rarely use the diskaliver system tbh but I turned it on the other week and found that:

1. When playing back from CD or FD it is "out of tune". The chords played by the physical keys are not in tune with the recording. The piano is tuned every 3 months so its not that the piano itself is not in tune.

2. The Silent piano has stopped working. When I used to press the button there was a whoosh kind of noise as the "damper" moved up to silence the physical strings. This has stopped doing this. The lights come on to indicate it sb in silent mode but it still plays normally.

Yamaha recommended a local technician who came to look but said he had "never seen anything like this problem before". He wanted to do a full system reset but I couldnt (and still can't) find the remote control. I looked online and have updated the entire system software successfully but still have the same problems.

I know its a long shot to ask online...but does anyone have any suggestions?
