DC3FII Stopped Working -- Need Service Manual

DC3FII Stopped Working -- Need Service Manual

2016-07-17 by bmegdal@...

I am a new member.

Our DC3FII (with DKC850 controller) stopped working between songs. I suspect the problem is the power supply mounted under the piano, as I no longer hear the high-pitched sound it used to make. I am an electrical engineer, but won't be able to make much debugging progress unless I can get a service manual with schematics. Are they available?

If I can't repair the power supply does Yamaha repair them or sell new ones?

I appreciate any advice, also perhaps on tests that can be done to help identify the problem.

Thanks

- Barry

I can probably help. Are you sure it is a MarkII, nota MarkIIXG? Is the model of your original control unit DKC100R or DKC500**?

Bill
