Billy Joel Live from Yankee Stadium

Hello fellow disklavier owners. Years ago I had a Pianomation Petine system and had the DVD sync-along of Billy Joel at Yankee stadium which came with the DVD and a Compact Flash card. I was able to get the flash card file which has a .WAD extension. I'm trying to find a way to extract this file to get the Midi track to play with my Disklavier MX80 Floppy drive piano. I also found the newer DVD of this concert which is encoded with a pulse tone along with the actual audio from the concert. Is there any way to make this work. I'd be happy to email the file if someone might be able to do it.
