Disklavier

Dear friends,

I've bought in Dec 2013 a Disklavier E3.

Since there the piano has worked perfectly.

Today, when I plugged it on, I receved the following error message:

KD/PD CONNECTION ERROR (Press STOP key).

I pressed STOP key for many times and nothing happened.

I verified all connections and everything looks ok.

Tried also to reset the equipment but nothing worked.

A big concern came when I visited the site http://forum.pianoworld.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/2212991/New_Disklavier_not_working.html

and the owner describe the same problem. Making a long story short Yamaha has tried to fix the problem without being succeed and at the end they replaced the equipment (during the warranty period - not my case).

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!
