Latest version of Cakewalk from Bandlab

Latest version of Cakewalk from Bandlab

2019-09-01 by milamagno@...

Has anyone downloaded the latest Cakewalk? It's available for free at https://www.bandlab.com/products/cakewalk

If you are using the latest Cakewalk, have you had any success in moving the Pedal Sustain (CC:64) from Channel 1 to Channel 3?

If you have, kindly share how you were able to create CC:64 in Channel 3, using the latest Cakewalk as I have so many midi files where the sustain pedal is in Channel 1.

Thanks.

Sue

you don't need to use Cakewalk to move pedal to ch 3. you can use my midimod2 program that you can get from the download page of me web site. you can process whole folders of files in batch mode. leave the velocity scaling at "no change" and check the pedal events on ch 3 checkbox.
