Formatting 720K floppies with Win XP

I picked up the following link on another (totally unrelated) message board I frequent. http://www.alkonost.com/maxformat/ It is a third party formatting program that will do 720's and some other neat extra capacity non-standard formats. This would simply be a convenience vs. finding a 95/98/ME machine or booting from a DOS floppy.
