Mac Color Classic with PG Music for sale

2002-06-12 by skyy105

Hi List-
In March 1993, just as they were introduced, I purchased a MacIntosh
Color Classic, a
small computer in a single unit with a 9" color screen. It was the
perfect companion
for my Yamaha Disklavier and Clavinova instruments once I loaded it
with hours of
PG Music and dedicated it to a keyboard.

I loaded THE JAZZ PIANIST 1, THE JAZZ PIANIST VOL. I I, as well as
THE PIANIST,
THE PIANIST VOLUME I I, and THE PIANIST VOLUME I I I. I connected
the
dedicated computer to the Yamaha via a MIDI cable, using an OPCODE
SYSTEMS
MIDI TRANSLATOR I I.

I'm selling the MacIntosh Color Classic with all manuals and its
original software
(loaded and with backup on floppy disks), mouse, keyboard, connecting
cables,
mousepad, Opcode MIDI Translator I I, and loaded with all fourteen PG
Music disks
plus backup disks of the 14 PG Music floppy disks for just $295.,
including insured
shipping in the lower 48 states. (Because of the weight of the
computer, insured
shipping will cost me about $75.) When new, the computer was $1395.,
the Opcode
MIDI Translator I I was $100. and the PG Music software was $250.

Hook this up to your keyboard and you'll have endless hours of
classical
or jazz piano.
Many of the jazz piano selections have additional instrument tracks
built in for
percussion and guitar.

While I no longer use these great items (I recently purchased an
Allen organ), I'm
sure they'll give someone else
hours of pleasure.
These are all LIVE performances by real artists. About 600 song
files are included in
all. All of this hardware and software is in like-new condition.
There are no
scratches or blemishes.

If interested, please contact me off-List at SKYY105@..., or
phone me in
Folsom, California at 916-987-1333.

Sincerely,

Jerry Cecere
