Disklavier

I am thinking of buying a Disklavier piano from a Japanese lady here in 
Australia.  She bought it with her furniture from Japan when she moved here.

Unfortunately there are no manuals with it so I would need to order them 
from Yamaha overseas.  Unfortunately Yamaha here in Australia are not 
interested in helping me as they did not sell the piano.

The piano is a 48" upright with the model number HQ300 on the frame 
inside.  From the serial number list on the Yamaha web site, it appears to 
have been built in 1993 to 1994.  The control unit is fitted into the top 
right hand side of the front panel, just under the lid, and is attached to 
the lid.

The control panel is identical to one fitted to a GH1 grand piano in a 
store near by.  This control panel in the grand has the model number of 
DKC100R printed on the front.  Unfortunately the control panel on the 
upright has no model number (in English that I can see) is all in Japanese 
and so are the instructions in the electronic display window.

What I need to know is what model number is this piano / control unit 
combination.  Can I get manuals in English for this piano and what manuals 
should I get (owners manual, maintenance manuals etc).  Can the front panel 
and electronic display be changed to English.

Also, as it is 6 to 7 years old, can the control unit be made more up to 
date by installing the latest software that can be downloaded from the 
Yamaha site, and if so which files should be used.

My other question is concerning "Grand Touch" and "Smartkey" that I have 
read about in this group.  Can someone explain what they are.
