Disklavier

Can somebody tell me how to format a disk using on my just acquired 
MX100?

This should work for MX100A and MX100B The URL is:

Basically, turn on the disklavier. Put a Double density disk in the drive.  
(This is the 720k disk with one hole; not the more readily available high 
density disk 1.44M with two holes)

While holding in the Stop button, press the Record button. Then push Play 
twice.
