If I remember correctly, it was about this time last year when the Yamaha piano
e-Competition event took place...

It was excellent! There was a bit of on-line talk afterwards listing suggested
improvements and changes for the next event which I am guessing was to be an
annual occurance?

Is the event on for this year?

The next competition will take place May 25-June 5, 2004. You can read about 
it at:

Screening auditions will take place in December. Contestants will make a 
Disklavier recording with coordinated video at select locations around the world 
at that time.
