I hear those Advent speakers all the time, but cannot remember the model number. I once looked for them on the web with no luck. I buy mine from QRS, and they are heavy and wedge shaped, and expensive! I have heard the larger Yamaha speaker, and I own one. Although it sounds great, it is ugly, but very rugged. The smaller Yamaha speakers, and again I don't know the model numbers, sound all right to me, but everyone I know says the Advent sounds better. I have never heard the newer Yamaha speakers. I must also confess that I am not an audio person. I seldom use my speaker(s) with my DKV as I like the sound of just the piano. Most of my clients who own DKV upright models also seldom use speakers. Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with anything Yamaha makes or those Advent speakers. I would just buy one and see how you like it.
