Disklavier

Hi,
 
1) I have an upright disklavier model MPX1.  PLaying music from 
internal memory is fine.  However, when I insert the floppy, the 
controller doesn't recognize it and continues to play music from the 
memory.  I can still hear the snap when pushing the floppy in but 
that's about it.  ANy suggestion how to fix/replace the floppy drive?

2) Is there a software to play disklavier floppy on a WINXP PC.  I 
tried using dkutils but it cannot read the floppy.

3) In the mean time, is that possible to copy music from the 
disklavier to internal memory via a laptop.  I mean to put the 
disklavier music in the PC floppy drive and copy it to the memory of 
the disklavier controller.
