Who is that guy?

Who is that guy?

2004-02-14 by Reed, Harry -61

A few years ago I heard about a guy who was:
*	An excellent classical player who owned a Disklavier and posted a lot of his performances on his webpage
*	A surgeon or neurosurgeon or something similar
*	Maybe lived in or around Chicago

Does anyone know who this is or his webpage?

Thanx
