I'm about 100% positive the answer to my question can be found SOMEWHERE on this awesome forum, but hopefully someone can either answer it again or point me to where I can find the answer. My DC3M4 PRC 100 is not recognizing the piano. The message I get is "PRC - 100 is not connected with Disklavier." When I click on the "Disklavier Connect" button, I get the "initializing" dialog box up. It searches for the wireless LAN - TEMP, but doesn't find anything. I have not been successful in setting up my PRC -100 to the internet, though I have gone through the instructions in the manual. I have not gone to the forum to read all of the incredible wealth of knowledge there. I have to say, as "techy" as I am in my own field (I'm a teacher, grades 9-10), I am overwhelmed by the collective knowledge found in this group. Anyway, nothing happens when I try to "initialize" the PRC. I used to have to "reconnect" the PRC to the Disklavier and all was well. However, at this point, the PRC doesn't seem to have the correct interface. When I go to the "Interface updater," there is nothing in the "Application" tab. I cannot install anything. Do I need to download something from the web and then somehow transfer it to the PRC through a thumb drive? If so, where do I find the software? I bet I can do this directly from the PRC, if I could only get it to connect to my wireless network! I'm afraid my tech level is far too low for this wonderful machine! (I wanted to use it to record some excellent music at an event I just had, but couldn't make it work!) My wireless router is a LYNKSIS WRT150N, if that helps at all. I'm operating Windows 7 on my computer. Thanks for helping if you can, and for forgiving my lack of knowledge. Shelley
