Hello, Does anyone know if it's possible to add the Silent System and CD drive to a Mark III DC1A Piano? Also, I just purchased the piano, which seems to be in great condition, built in 2000, for $12,500. Does that seem like a reasonable price? Thanks in Advance, Ronnie

If you really have a DC1A , it is already a MarkIII with a CD player and silent system. Maybe you have something else. You can always add a CD player, but never a Silent System. You could add a silent system by QRS which works better than the one by PianoDisc, but not as good as Yamaha. Hum, well according to the dealer, literature, and markings under the piano it is a DC1A. The Disklavier manual says it's a Mark III playback model. Within the documentation, it talks about an "optional" silent system? Thanks for the input, any thoughts on it's value?
